Overview

Advent Christian Village is primarily a senior living community for those 55 years or older who may be retired. Located on 1,200 acres along the Suwannee River in north Florida. Our village consists of a variety of housing options including homes which may be purchased, apartments to rent, and even HUD-subsidized apartments.  Amenities include dining options, a shopping center,  studios to create in,  a house of worship, and  a state-of-the-art medical center. Assisted living  and skilled nursing are also offered. The quaint town of  Live Oak is conveniently located between Tallahassee and Jacksonville.
