Overview

Set on 373 acres of rolling hills, WhiteFence Farms, Red Hills was planned to be built just eight miles east of downtown Tallahassee and a short 45-mile drive to the coast. Approximately 61 individual farmsteads, connected by tractor paths, will be clustered near orchards, ponds and community farm fields. It is uncertain if this project, which received enormous publicity in "Southern Living" and other publications, will ever be built.
