Edgewater Preserve is a new Certified Green neighborhood for active adults. The location, in Winchester, NH, is ideal for this kind of community with hiking, fishing and canoeing right in it's own backyard, yet still being within walking distance of town. A community of "garden homes", each homeowner will own their own plot of land and custom designed single family home, while an HOA owns the designated conservation land and the private road.
