Perry’s Lake is a manufactured home, adult community located in Manahawkin NJ, about 5 minutes off Parkway Exit 63. Construction was completed in early 2000. In this community, you purchase the home, but lease the space from the community. Homes range from 1320 square feet to 1680 square feet.  The clubhouse features an outdoor pool. From this community, you can walk to many stores and can be on your blanket at the ocean in less than 10 minutes.
