Rio Communities is located in Valencia County just east of the Belen City limits and 35 minutes from Albuquerque, New Mexico. The community is composed of a group of neighborhoods governed by the Rio Communities Association which was organized to support health, safety, and well being of these neighborhoods which is supported by a membership fee. Amenities include Tierra Del Sol public golf course. Community is made up of single family homes, townhouses and patio homes with prices starting under $100,000. Homesites also available.
