Pelican Pointe Village is a 55+ active adult community located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, that offers waterfront access to the Pasquotank River. The mixed-use development consists of 263 townhomes, single-family homes, and lots bordering the  Pasquotank River, and is comprised of three distinct sections: The Commons, The Village, and The Pointe.    Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, boat ramp and boardwalk. Located approximately four miles from downtown Elizabeth City and within its city limits, the community borders the U.S. Coast Guard Station Elizabeth City, and  is also close to golf courses, shopping and cultural activities.
