Overview

River District is a new community that features multigenerational living along the Spokane River in Liberty Lake, Washington, just east of Spokane.  It features an extensive park and trail system that will connect to the 63 mile Centennial Trail, with many of the community’s homesites along its frontage. Trutina is a new 55+ neighborhood within River District.  The small town of Liberty Lake offers golf, a library and events, and is Ideally located between Spokane and Coeur D’Alene.
