Winterhaven at Country Club Estates, is an established and friendly retirement enclave in the small Southwest town of Sierra Vista, Arizona. Winterhaven is a gated enclave of single family stucco homes. Near Fort Huachuca, Sierra Vista lies 80 miles south of Tucson. Surrounded by mountains in high desert at 4,623 feet, Sierra Vista means ‘mountain view’. There are two recreation centers with extensive amenities. Managed by its HOA, there is no sales center.
