People flock to Hot Springs from all over the world to take a dip in the natural hot springs that flow from the mountains here. Many believe the waters, which are filled with minerals, have medicinal qualities. Bathhouse Row offers a variety of options including baths, spa services and more. In addition, the region is great for crystal hunters. You’ll find quartz crystal mines and “rock shops” throughout the region. In addition, there are businesses both large and small. It’s a great place to live and work.
 

Climate and Physical Environment

Nestled in the Ouachita Mountains of Arkansas, you’ll experience all four seasons in Hot Springs Village. Our winters are mild, with many sunny days. Spring is beautiful and people who live here spend much time outdoors. Summers are warm but not too hot. The temperatures might climb into triple digits occasionally but mostly linger in the 80s and 90s. And autumn in Arkansas is a sight to behold. We have some of the most beautiful fall foliage around and our temperatures are mild.

From American classic food to Chinese, Mexican and Italian, Hot Springs Village is home to some great restaurants. We have Cajun and BBQ, fast food chains and great pizza! Hot Springs Village is home to festivals, musical events and some of the best entertainment around. We have indoor and outdoor venues both large and small. And we’re a short drive away from Hot Springs, Benton/Bryant and Little Rock where you’ll find an even greater selection of restaurants and entertainment.
 

Crime

As the largest gated community in North America, Hot Springs Village is a safe, secure place to live. The Village maintains a full police force and crime rates are very low compared with other communities of a similar size.
 

Medical facilities

Hot Springs Village is home to great medical facilities including physical therapists, specialist doctors, optometrists, chiropractors, dentists, home health, hospice, senior apartments, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, an ambulance service and a medical clinic. And it’s close to even more facilities in Hot Springs, Benton/Bryant and Little Rock.
 

Transportation

Transportation options include shuttles and limos. As a smaller community, Hot Springs Village does not offer a mass transit system. However, the roadways are well maintained by the property owners’ association.

Hot Springs Retirement Village
It's great. It's big. And it has just about everything you could want in a retirement community, for a pretty reasonable price. Come on down!
