Black Rock Village is an active adult community situated on 91 acres in rural Fremont, New Hampshire, designed and created especially for adults 55+. Multiple floor plans are offered in two and four-unit buildings. The 2,000 square foot community center is centrally located and includes a patio area. Other amenities include RV parking and storage, a garden area, paved sidewalks, wooded walking trails, and 41 acres dedicated to open space. The neighborhood association takes care of yard work and snow shoveling.
