We are having a home built in Valencia Walk at Riverland in Port St Lucie, FL which has 37 pickleball courts. Valencia Walk is the third community which will share the Master Recreation area. The communities are built by GL Homes.

I wanted to correct some bad information about Lake Toxaway and The Preserve at Rock Creek. I drive past both frequently. Both are very high end, with maybe a few home prices starting in the high 6 figures and rising very quickly from there. Lake Toxaway is not in Highlands, it is 2 counties west in Toxaway. The Preserve at Rock Creek is not in Asheville, it is 3 counties south in Sapphire. Neither is a 55+ community. They are primarily second, seasonal homes belonging to very wealthy people.
