Valencia Lakes Tampa has "waterfront"? I've stayed there and the "lakes" are man-made ponds, not what I'd call "waterfront". Please clarify.

Mary, what are your thoughts on Valencia Lakes? We did a "Stay and Play," and we're favorably impressed. Some concern about the transition from builder to homeowners. For example, no one in the cafe, will it close or home owners assessed?
