Lots of good news this past week. The 3 winners of a free "100 Best Retirement Towns" eBook were Carolyn Knowlton Marshall, Steve Futach, and Lorie Latham DiSaia - congratulations, and thanks for "Liking" us on Facebook!  We are also pleased that our new server is easily keeping up with our increased traffic.

5 New Ways to Find Out More about Your Best Place to Retire
It is totally understandable that our visitors want more detailed information about every aspect of retirement. To help make that possible we just released 5 new mini-websites on specific towns, states, and aspects of retirement.  The idea is to put relevant information, such as pros and cons  and tax-friendly status, in one easily accessible place. We hope you find them useful.  Read the full article about the new websites.  Or, go directly to each one:

    10,000 Subscribers... and Counting
Here is another piece of good news. Last week we went over 10,000 subscribers to this eNewsletter. Thanks to each and every one of you for your loyalty, comments, suggestions, and for forwarding it on to your friends. You guys make this fun!

Click on a state to see over 570 towns plus a list of 1,058 active adult communities.

Last weekend we took the 2 hour ferry ride from Hyannis to Nantucket  for a quick vacation.  This former whaling capital immortalized in Moby Dick has got to be one of the most charming spots on earth. We learned it is a very popular 3 season retirement destination, although its prices make that possible only for the very well-heeled. Don't miss the photos.

Have you made a Retirement Road Trip?

    Topretirements' Visitor Comments are Tops!
We always imagined that our Forum would be the primary place for our visitors to ask questions, make comments, and tell their stories. There are some very relevant questions and interesting interactions there, but no one could have prepared us for the wonderful interchanges taking place in the Comments section of our Blog stories. For example, the 18 insightful posts after our "Dueling States" article last week. Or, how about the 30 comments posted after we ran the "What One Couple is Looking for in a Retirement Town" written by "Ela". Keep your comments coming, they are great!
