The Carillon represents a different kind of retirement community in the exciting city of Boulder. Just down the street from the University of Colorado, the Carillon provides more of an urban living experience than most such communties. Brain fitness is one of the many wellness activities. Assisted living is available, so this is the kind of place where you can retire and not have to worry about what the future might bring.
Antelope Ridge is a very different alternative to the Carillon. Located in northeast Colorado Springs, Antelope Ridge is a resort-style community, where residents enjoy a pleasant, peaceful lifestyle that comes with community-wide covenants. Because these are manufactured homes they offer a lot of house for the money - starting in the $70's. There is a 4,000 sq. ft. community center among other amenities to be enjoyed.
You might also win a free copy of our "100 Best Retirement Towns" eBook.
At the completely opposite end of the spectrum from either Antelope Ridge or the Carillon is the Four Seasons Private Residences property in Denver. The residences occupy part of this 45 story luxury hotel, and offer apartments from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Prices start at $800,000. Enjoy every imaginable luxury amenity and service- like the rooftop pool!
