New State Map. One of the really cool features of our new site design is a clickable state map. Click on a state and presto, you'll get detailed information about taxes and housing costs - plus a list of our best retirement towns in that state.

    Chattanooga, TN
Following up on our theme of lower cost retirements, we present Chattanooga.  A lot of folks from the northeast are checking out Tennessee because of its lower costs, friendly people, warmer weather, and outstanding recreation. Chattanooga offers all of those plus the attractions of a small city and a "21st Century Waterfront Plan".
