Social Security Report Predicts No COLA in 2011
For the second year running it appears unlikely that Social Security recipients will receive any cost of living increases. The report predicts the trust will have to start paying out less than full benefits in 2037, unless something different happens before then. This article also explains the prototype CPI-E, which computes the cost of living for the elderly.

It is a different town in that is has a strong commercial and business base, yet as a planned community it is very livable.
