What You Need to Know about the Transition from Developer to Resident-Controlled HOA
This week we are pleased to have another exclusive interview with Joe West, CEO of the Community Association Network. Joe lays out for our members the key items they need to know when it comes time for the developer to turn over control of the HOA to its residents.

We are indebted to our member Ken for this one. As he puts it, the town is probably the capital of active adult communities in NJ, with approximately 50% of the town's residents living in these types of communities. Monroe Township is located near the NJ Turnpike and not too far from Princeton.
