Watch Out for This Hidden Developer Fee
Just when you thought your due diligence list was complete, up pops another thing to worry about.  A company has been having great success signing up developers with a program that allows them to collect 1% of your home's selling price, every time it's sold for the next 99 years.  Many buyers are not even aware they have this clause.
Click on a state to see reviews of 587 towns plus a list of 1,102 active adult communities.
Downtown Westerly is a beautiful place with classic buildings, stores, and churches. But the scenery gets even better, because Westerly has some of America's best ocean beaches and prettiest salt ponds. Watch Hill, a part of Westerly, is where many of New York's wealthiest retreat to their "cottages".
