Happy New Year to all our members and subscribers! We hope this is a healthy and happy one for you. On a personal note, my wife's 9th murder mystery, "An Appetite for Murder", is released to bookstores this week. Her new "Food Critic" series is set in that great place to live and retire, Key West; here is where you can find out more, as well as a link to her fun Key West quiz!

It has a beautiful downtown, an Air Force Base, and a university. It is also close to Thomasville, another popular retirement spot.

Out in southwestern Colorado near the 4 corners lies the town of Durango. It is an extraordinary place for folks who love fishing, hiking, and skiing. It has a narrow gauge railroad, and a college too.
